How FLOW began
From Surviving to Thriving
FLOW was born out of necessity — our own.
Before we ever thought of creating a wellbeing organisation, we were a family struggling with dysregulation, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and symptoms no one could fully explain. We were exhausted, searching endlessly for answers, and feeling the ripple effects throughout our home and beyond.
What we discovered, slowly, through trial and error, was that true healing happens when you understand the bodies systems — not simply symptoms.
We learned how genetics, the autonomic and central nervous systems, the gut, the brain, and the emotional body are all interconnected. How nature and nurture all play a role, and through all this, we learned what dysregulation really means and how powerful the right interventions, applied in the right order can be.
Years of lived experience, research, training, education and passion led to the creation of FLOW — a place where individuals and families can access the support we needed, but struggled to find. And we have simplified it all for you.
Today, our mission is simple:
To deliver clarity and support and to make healing possible, accessible, and genuinely transformational.
So, if any of this resonates with you and you’re ready to move from surviving to thriving, contact us for an exploratory chat to determine how FLOW may be able to support you and your family.

Sally Fryer
Bioresonance Practitioner
Bioresonance is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s natural frequencies to help identify areas of imbalance that may be contributing to symptoms or reduced wellbeing.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, this approach looks to understand and support the underlying factors influencing health, creating the conditions for the body to restore balance more effectively.
At FLOW, my work often focuses on supporting gut health, hormonal balance and appropriate detoxification pathways — all of which can have a significant impact on emotional regulation and overall wellbeing.
Kate Chaytor-Norris
Nutritionist DipION, mBANT, CNHC
With over 20 years of clinical experience, alongside ongoing training and research, Kate brings a depth of knowledge to her work as a nutritionist.
She specialises in translating complex nutritional science into clear, practical guidance, supporting FLOW clients with their individual needs. This is particularly important for those experiencing emotional dysregulation, where nutrient absorption and deficiencies can play a significant role in overall wellbeing.
Kate also supports the interpretation of genetic testing, helping to provide deeper insight and guide more personalised nutritional approaches.

These remedies may be prescribed as tinctures, syrups, teas, or other herbal preparations tailored to the individual.
"I did not think it would ever be possible to move out of the ongoing struggle with tension in our home, but we appear to be. I am so grateful. Our family is returning to peace and fun again."
