TERM ENDS
Your child is exhausted.
You’re exhausted.
Everyone desperately needs a break.
But then the evaporation of routines and structure unsettles your neurodivergent child/children.
You desperately want it to be fun and easy for everyone, but suddenly you’re wondering whether it’s acceptable to hide in the pantry with a packet of biscuits.
Welcome to the summer holidays – it can feel overwhelming – but it doesn’t have to be. We are here to help.
You don’t need to create a Pinterest-perfect summer.
You don’t need expensive trips, packed schedules or endless entertainment.
What children often need most is a regulated adult, realistic expectations and opportunities to feel safe, connected and understood, and in particular…
to SLOW DOWN.
SAGE TIPS from our valued FLOW Affiliate Therapist,
Positive Parenting Coach, Anisa Lewis.
