Modern Science meets Ancient Wisdom Delivering root-cause solutions

Support shaped around you

People come to FLOW with different experiences, challenges and levels of capacity.

While every journey is unique, we often see common patterns, underlying all of which is nervous systems that are overwhelmed, overloaded or stuck in survival mode.

The pathways below are examples of how we work. They are not fixed programmes, and no one is placed into a category.

Each approach is shaped collaboratively with you, drawing on your challenges, our expertise, appropriate therapies and trusted practitioners to meet your needs.

What we do

We listen.

We explore patterns beneath the symptoms.

We provide clarity.

We propose appropriate protocols.

We support you throughout.

How we do it

Through careful listening, screening and nervous system-led support, drawing on a range of non-invasive therapies, professional expertise and collaborative care.

Support may include regulation-focused approaches, therapeutic technologies, counselling frameworks, nutritional advice, genetic testing and individual or family-based work, introduced thoughtfully and in the right order.

Everything we do is guided by safety, consent, what is right for you and how you are responding to the protocol.

What to expect

A no-obligation exploratory phone conversation.

An initial consultation, including an introduction to our space and therapies, answering any questions you may have.

A bespoke protocol designed collaboratively.

Clear options, flexible payment plans, and support that adapts as you do.

Explore our therapies

At FLOW, we use a range of non-invasive, evidence-informed therapies designed to support nervous system regulation and whole-body balance.

Each therapy works differently, and not every approach is suitable for every person. These therapies are introduced thoughtfully, and always as part of a bespoke protocol, designed collaboratively through consultation.

You can explore the therapies we offer below, remembering that your individual support plan will always be shaped around you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a consultation before starting any therapy at FLOW?

Yes. All support at FLOW begins with a consultation.

This allows us to understand your experience, explore what may be helpful, and ensure any support offered is safe, appropriate and tailored to you or your family. There are no pre-set programmes, and no one begins therapy without this initial conversation.

Yes. Many of the therapies offered at FLOW can support children from as young as 3 years old, but suitability always depends on individual assessment and a bespoke protocol.

We take a careful, considered approach when working with under 18s, prioritising safety, consent and age-appropriate support. Parental involvement and safeguarding considerations are discussed during consultation.

No – and we actively encourage you not to.

The therapies and services listed on our website are offered as examples of the approaches we use. Your individual support plan is created collaboratively following consultation, drawing on our expertise, range of therapies and trusted practitioners.

There are no fixed number of sessions at FLOW, but for sustained long term gain, your journey with Flow is an investment of time. One or two sessions is helpful for a stress reset, but not for meaningful, sustainable change.

Support is always guided by individual response to sessions, capacity and goals. In general for a sustainable outcome, we recommend a concentrated programme over the course of 3 consecutive weeks initially, reducing the number and frequency of sessions over time.

Some people notice shifts quickly, while others benefit from more gradual, ongoing support. We review progress regularly and adapt plans as needed.

No. FLOW offers non-invasive, evidence-informed therapies designed to support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

Our work does not replace medical care or clinical treatment. We work alongside existing healthcare provision where appropriate and always prioritise safety and informed consent.

Yes. Many people come to FLOW after trying other forms of support without finding the clarity or relief they were hoping for.

Our approach focuses on understanding and working with the underlying systems of the body, particularly the nervous system and genetics, rather than targeting symptoms alone. This can offer a more impactful way forward.

At FLOW we consider and work with not only the individual challenged with dysregulation, but the whole support system around them; parent/carers/partners/siblings ensuring harmony is returned to the whole family unit.

We also take into consideration and work on the multiple influencing factors behind presenting symptoms and behaviour, in a considered and impactful approach.

The first step is to contact us to book a phone consultation. Prior to this consultation, we will send you an intake questionnaire to complete and return. This enables our initial consultation to be more focused and helpful, so together we can determine if Flow is a good fit for your needs, without pressure or obligation.

If you choose to proceed, we invite you to our premises for an initial session to try the various therapies and agree on a protocol moving forward.

We do this via zoom with our Health consultants and associated therapists. Within this we offer:

  • Detailed analysis of your individual needs
  • Health testing such as DNA & Methylation
  • Nutrition advice
  • Counselling
  • Remote healing, including Bioresonance
  • And in some cases we can hire out therapeutic equipment suitable for home use
